Faeeza is a Project Officer with the Australian Multicultural Foundation, a senior Clinical Research Associate at a contract research organisation and is currently completing her counselling placement for her Master of Counselling degree at Monash University. Faeeza also has a background in medical research (oncology) with 10 years in the industry. She has a strong background in community engagement having previously worked for The Huddle as a Youth Worker, mentoring young people from diverse backgrounds in educational and sporting initiatives, as well as volunteering as a Multicultural Community Ambassador for North Melbourne Football Club, Carlton Football club, and Essendon Football Club. Faeeza Also volunteers with the Islamic Council of Victoria and the Jewish Christian Muslim Association. Faeeza aims to enrich the Australian community by promoting and advocating for a harmonious multicultural society based on understanding through contact theory, and through empowerment of youth to tackle disenfranchisement leading to anti-social behaviours.
